This property is spread over two floors, with the open-plan living room and kitchen on the first floor. The flat's comfortable social centre feels spacious and bright thanks to its large windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave,

This flat comprises three bedrooms, each with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and wardrobes - ideal for a large family, couple, or group of friends.

The primary bedroom on the third floor retains the original exposed wood beams and has a flat-screen television and a large wardrobe.

The second bedroom on the second floor has high ceilings and a large window looking at the leafy view behind the house.

The third bedroom, next to the master, has a single bed that pulls out into a king-size.

The ensuite bathrooms are fully equipped with a shower and standard sanitaryware.

Hotel-quality linen, towels, and bathroom essentials are all provided, as are a hairdryer and an iron.

Great stay in a great flat

Great 3 bedroom flat. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in. 3 bathrooms were a bonus. Very easy to get to from the Angel station even with all of our luggage. Nice neighborhood. Would absolutely stay there again.

Family weekend

The flat was lovely. The location was wonderful. Unfortunately Joivy the management company was unable to fix the boiler for our entire stay. We were only provided a 15% discount for our stay which I consider insufficient given that a proper hot shower is a basic part on an accommodation.

Disappointing but we made it work

The photographs online make the flat look larger than it is. It was difficult for all five of us to be in the living space together, and have a comfortable place to sit. Somebody had to sit on a dining chair to watch a movie or have conversation. Not the end of the world, but it matters.The first floor bedroom has nowhere to put the contents of your luggage. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom. However the doors open into the foot of the bed! You may be able to hang a few things, but because you can only open the doors a bit, it’s impossible to use the drawers. You have to live out of your suitcase, Which has to be on the floor because there is no place to put that either. If you don’t mind living out of a suitcase on the floor, you’ll be fine. The location is not great as it’s on a busy street with constant sirens. It makes sleeping a challenge. Because it’s a busy street there is quite a lot of rubbish.However, It is not far from the Angel tube station and there are bus stops very close.There are three flights of stairs to get to the top bedroom. The stairs are very narrow and pretty steep. We managed them fine, but it might prove problematic for some.The major positive to this flat is it is clean. The neighbors were very quiet and the gentleman that lives, downstairs was very friendly to point out the location of the communal washing in the hallway. Take your rubbish out or they will charge you extra.Bottom line: we made it work, but I would look elsewhere.

Great Apartment. Great location

The apartment was as exactly as described. Very comfortable. Very spacious. Clean.Location is great. Short walk to Angel Station and Amazon Fresh for shopping.Communication with hosting company was good. No issues.

Amazing property near Angel

We had an amazing holiday stay here. The management team were available for questions at all times, with a smooth check in process. The living room and kitchen area was spacious and comfortable, with lots of dishes and cutlery. The main two bedrooms were large and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms (the shower is on the small side but worked perfectly with no shortage of hot water). Laundry was available. The location was very quiet and was very convenient for accessing the station at Angel. Would definitely return !

Great for small group

This was exactly what we were looking for as 4 adults in their late 30s (one couple plus two friends)! The bathrooms in each bedroom worked out well and was a rarity from what we saw in London. And the neighborhood is great, low key, accessible to other parts but also had a lot to do! Would stay again

2 work colleagues and I were in town for a conference. The location worked great for us and was a better solution than 3 separate hotel rooms would have been. Close enough to the train too make commuting back and forth easy.

Great Location

Great 3 bed / 3 bath unit. The neighborhood was fantastic for cool local shops, bars, & restaurants. Nice if you want to hang out with the locals. There is an interesting canal with river boats near by and nice to see how the locks work. The unit is also close to other areas of London, was able to take a short cab ride down to the theater. One con is the distance from the airport, plan at least 1 hour during non-rush hour times. I would choose this location again.
