This modern two-bedroom apartment offers a functional base in the heart of Belgravia. Situated on the fourth floor, it provides two bathrooms, comfortable living areas, and a private balcony for outdoor space. Its central location gives easy access to Victoria, Sloane Square, and many of London’s most famous landmarks.
• Living Area: Open-plan lounge and dining area with sofa, and access to the balcony. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washer-dryer, providing everything needed for home cooking. • Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each with storage and natural light. • Bathrooms: Two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub and overhead shower. • Outdoor Space: Private balcony with views of the surrounding streets.
Things to be aware of (reflected in the price):
• The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV. • There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026. • This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living. It offers a practical set-up rather than luxury finishes, but is fully equipped with the core amenities needed for a comfortable stay. • From mid November until end of January there will be demolition works taking place on an adjacent building. The works will be happening from Monday to Friday within working hours. The works will be at the rear of the building and not facing the living area or bedrooms.

Belgravia is one of London’s most elegant and well-connected neighbourhoods, known for its garden squares, refined architecture, and mix of independent shops and restaurants. From the apartment, you are within a 10-minute walk of both Sloane Square and Victoria, giving you access to boutiques on King’s Road, the Saatchi Gallery, and an excellent choice of cafés and dining spots.
Nearby you will also find attractions such as Buckingham Palace, the Royal Parks of Green Park and St James’s Park, and the theatres of Victoria. Slightly further afield, Knightsbridge and the world-famous Harrods department store can be reached in just over a mile, making this a central base for exploring many of London’s highlights.
The apartment is well connected to the rest of London, with several stations nearby:
• Victoria Station (National Rail, Underground and Gatwick Express) – approx. 0.4 miles / 8-minute walk
• Sloane Square Underground Station (District and Circle lines) – approx. 0.5 miles / 10-minute walk
• London Buses operate frequently along Ebury Street and the nearby main roads, connecting to wider central London.

We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Getting the key from a different location than the property is a problem and the person handing it over was extremely rude; check in was ready at 6:30 pm; the apartment had many problems that had to be addressed by the management. They repaired some of them but it took two from four days stay for that. No mirror in one of the bathrooms, no coffee cups, no wine glasses ( one only), one bedside lamp in each of the bedrooms; mattresses are very uncomfortable.

Mixed Stay in Belgravia
The Pros: Good location in lovely part of Belgravia. Near shops, restaurants, groceries and short walk to the tube. Modern building, bathrooms and kitchen. Great layout with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The Cons: no WiFi as advertised. No heat at first (waited hours for Maintenance to restart the boiler). No microwave or hair dryer or mirror in one bathroom. Poorly stocked kitchen (no large cooking pot, knives, potato peeler, etc.) You can feel every spring in the mattresses. The whole apartment DESPERATELY needs a paint job. It really could be an outstanding stay if management would just address all the Cons.
