"We had another terrific time at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable condo home in the Hacienda de Mita part of Punta Mita. Our concierge Max was so responsive and helpful and our housekeeper was terrific. We relaxed at the beach clubs, played a round of golf, dined at the 4 Seasons and restaurants in town, and took day trips to Sayulita and Bucerias. "La casa es un desperdicio de terreno. Se cae de vieja. Las regaderas no tienen agua caliente. Las llaves de los lavabos están oxidadas y llenas de sarro. Los botones de los escusados igual. La canceleria esta picada y oxidada. La alberca verde y turbia. En toda la casa hay dos sombrillas, una de las cuales está rota. Todas las puertas de la casa están rotas o por romperse. "Beautiful comfortable and well appointed casa. The place had a stunning private garden and pool and a two minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c was perfect. The decoration in and outside the house couple with the vibrant colors added to the ambiance. The host Rene was easy to work with and arranged for car service to/from airport. "This is a beautiful home in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated Jewel, the property manager, the gardener, pool cleaner and the housekeeper who all took great care of us. The driveway is very very steep. We had a few people try to come tot he home - chef, transportation, etc and they couldn’t access the home because of the driveway. Just a heads up! "
