The towels don’t smell good as it smelled like dirty laundry already after one time used. I hope they can change its color to white or anything that will look tidy and clean.
Air condition is loud as it set into timer where every 5-10 mins it will shot off and on. The noise distracted our sleep hearing it in a quiet night. We called the desk and sent a guy but said it is set on centralized and nothing he can do. We only had one good night sleep as we were very drunk.
Foods are okay but noted not so much sea foods on their menus.
We noticed nothing much in the beach. Lacking with bar or food cart where you can order while staying there by the sea. I was just trying to compare with other all inclusive hotels that we went and tried before.
We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. Staff are nice and respectful.
Over all experience is not that bad. It was just right. Machos gracias.
