The 180 square meter villa "Es Rafalet" is a spacious five-room property spread across two levels, suitable for up to eight adults. The ground floor features a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace, digital TV, and a flat-screen television, leading out to the patio. There is one double bedroom with a panoramic window, a French bed (150 cm wide, 200 cm long), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen-living room area includes four hotplates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and another open-hearth fireplace for decorative purposes. This area also provides access to the patio and swimming pool, as well as a shower and toilet.

On the upper floor, there is one large double bedroom with a panoramic window, dressing room, and a French bed (150 cm wide, 200 cm long), accompanied by a shower, bidet, toilet, electric heating, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Què no li ha agradat: Neteja

tres mauvaise expérience

séjour tres décevant dans cette maison ,panne d'électricité le premier soir alors qu'un anniversaire en famille prévu, donc dans le noir.... sans eau ni électricité avec des enfants en bas age... la personne avec qui on échange ne trouve pas de solution ... problème réglé par nous même à minuit; le lendemain obligé d'aller au restau car les plaques de cuisson ne fonctionne pas... le lendemain le lave vaisselle fuit de partout dans la cuisine... très grande déception! personne pour nous accueillir le jour de notre arrivée et on veut venir nous vois 2 jours avant notre départ pour prendre la caution alors qu'aucun état des lieux n'a été fait!
