Enjoy the peace of the countryside in this beautiful villa with private pool on the outskirts of Lloseta. It sleeps 6 guests.
Outside this beautiful villa you will be able to enjoy a nice swim in the private chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 3 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.6 to 1.8 metres. You'll also find 3 sunloungers around where you can bask in the sun although you can also relax on the 2 Bali beds. From the pool and down some steps you'll reach the porch which is perfect for your meals and BBQs alfresco or to have a drink in the evening. There also is an equipped terrace in another corner of the house. The property is fenced and offers 4000 m2.

The house comprises 2 floors. On the first floor you have the living room -with AC and satellite TV, located by the kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob and linked to the living through a marble peninsula. Two steps from here lead to the dining room, equipped also with AC and with access to the pool. The 4 bedrooms in the house, all of them with AC and 3 with a closet, are on the ground floor. Three of them have a double bed and the last one has twin beds. The window in one of the bedrooms with a full-size bed has views to the inside although it offers exit to the terrace. In addition, two bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there are 2 more bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor. A baby cot and a high chair are available. You'll also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The property is located on the outskirts of Lloseta, a town that emanates the peace and quiet atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan village. You'll find the needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. However, Inca -with many more services and its traditional street market on Thursday mornings- is only a 5 minutes drive away. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 32 km from the house.

Piscine et terrasse superbe.maison confortable avec son charme typique . lieu calme voiture obligatoire magasin à Inca à 3min Bien placé pour les visites de l ile. Un seul bémol beaucoup de chien alentour qui aboient les nuits on ne peux pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte cela éviterai d allumer la clim Merci aux propriétaires pour les petites attentions offertes à notre arrivée..

We had a great stay! We loved that the location was not to far from many places on the island. The house was a great place to hang out when tired and the ping pong, pool, and foosball table kept my kids entertained without needing to watch tv. It was great! The pool was cold, but the kids swam a few times anyway. The beds were super comfortable as all the mattresses seemed to be memory foam. The hosts left us some nice treats everyone enjoyed. I would absolutely stay here again. I will say the roads are tight getting back to the house, so if you are not used to that or have a large car, it might be a little frightening. Otherwise, the location is nice and quiet.

Im großen und ganzen war es eine nette Woche. Allerdings ist ein Sonnenschirm für 5 Liegen und 1 Sitzgruppe definitiv zu wenig. Das Besteck wäre auch mal zu überarbeiten. Steakmesser zum Frühstück?? Gläser und Tassen sind ausreichend, allerdings nur eine Salatschüssel. Wlan langsam und instabil. Schlaf und Badezimmer waren in Ordnung,

Die Besitzerin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub auf der Finca und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Finca ist auch Top.
