"The hotel was well positioned and perfect for exploring both uptown and downtown NY with good Subway access. Staff at the hotel were faultless and even put a bottle of wine and card in our room on my partner’s birthday which was a lovely appreciated touch "

"The room was very clean upon arrival. The hotel held bags after we checked out until we had to catch a flight. They allowed us to check in early. Great experience. Right next to Grand Central Terminal for the subway."

"Moxy Times Square is an absolute gem. Well located, clean, with efficient rooms that are spartan but well thought out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cafe and restaurant were convenient and high quality. I’d stay here again if I had the chance, and I plan to! "

"This was a great hotel to stay. The room was fairly large with a king bed (which isn’t usual for NYC). Location was great and staff was super friendly! We also had 2 dogs traveling with us and the facility was great and very dog friendly. "

"Room was efficient, not giant by any means, but it worked out great. One thing that would improve the room would be hooks in the room or bath. There’s none to hang a jacket or towel etc. I would return there again. The staff were great!"

"All good. Very nice to be able to leave my bag until check-in time. The room is teeny tiny but completely functional and it was nice that I didn’t have to walk all the way up to the 5th floor with my suitcase. Thank you!!! Remember, “walkup” means no elevator. I knew that but others were significantly surprised!!! "

"Carlos went above and beyond for me! So I left my phone in a Lyft.. didnt notice until I walked in the hotel. Carlos was the night desk clerk. I told him what happened and he suggeated that I call my phone.. well my phone was dead. I called it anyways hoping that the driver would turn it on. My phone was dead when I got in the Lyft and the driver let me use his charger.. thats how I left it.. moving too fast.. so I went to my room thinking my whole trip to New York is now ruined... i needed my...
