Our charming apartment is the ideal base for Couples or small families looking to explore the city or visit Families and Friends. It is also well loved by our business guests.
It includes a relaxing king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed in a comfortable living area to relax and recoup.

• Fitted with a King Size Bed for 2 Guests. • Equipped with a large Smart TV that has aerial channels • Luxurious Sofa Bed that sleeps 2 guests comfortably. (up to 4 Guests in total) • Decorated with a Desk which can be utilised for work or as a Dressing Table.
Kitchen:
• Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more.
Bathroom:
• The Bathroom has a Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.
Bedroom: • Fitted with a King Size Bed for 2 Guests.
Nestled within a Georgian Townhouse on a Residential Street, this property. has easy access to the City Centre. This open-plan apartment gives both a homely and spacious feeling with a Georgian-style tall ceiling and stylish interior designs!
This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from the street should be reduced.
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest Access: Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.
Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment.
The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of The Georgian Quarter, home to some of the most breathtaking architecture in Liverpool, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city's history! With scenic buildings and original cobbled streets, it is an ideal location for a harmonious Georgian living experience.
As you leave the front door, you are on the steps of some of Liverpool's finest architecture and the local neighbourhood stands proud in its beauty. It is just a short stroll from Hope Street and the city centre where you'll find an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues. Philharmonic Hall is only a 5-minute walk away.
Getting Around: The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Other Things to Note: The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. No Hen/Stag Parties allowed.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (up 2 flights of stairs).
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check-in time is 3 pm & check-out is 10 am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check-out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency that needs addressing sooner.
