Summary:
This spacious 3 bedroom penthouse in the heart of Liverpools trendy Baltic Triangle district - just a short walk to all of Liverpool's central attractions.

Enjoy the breathtaking views across the city, with bright floor-to-ceiling windows. Whether you are exploring the city or staying in the apartment to chill out - we are sure this apartment will suit your needs.

Super cheap parking available around 5 minutes walk away at King Park. Just £20 for up to 5 days. Free wifi and a team on hand 9am

The Space:
This stunning duplex apartment boasts three double bedrooms - each with its en-suite bathroom. Sleeping up to 8 guests with an additional super comfy double sofa bed in the lounge.

The bright open plan living space is the perfect central hub for your stay, with a large flat screen tv, cosy dining space and fully fitted kitchen with all the essentials for home cooked meals. Not to forget your very own nespresso coffee machine to start the day right!

Our master bedroom comes complete with its very own smart screen TV to enjoy your favourite shows from bed.

Please note this apartment is located in a residential building and is not suitable for louder groups/stays. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed, if these house rules do not get respected please note that there will be extra charges for breaking house rules.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located just outside of Liverpool's city centre in the Baltic Triangle. This trendy area is home to some of Liverpool's best bars, restaurants, and attractions. Just few minutes walk away is the Baltic Market and Cains Brewery, offering a huge variety of street food. There are also plenty of live music venues and events in this area including Camp and Furnace and Bongo's bingo. Ideal for short stays exploring the city, enjoying some of the wonderful shopping the city has to offer, visiting for work or a conference (close to the ACC).

Getting Around:
The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from Liverpool's central attractions including the famous Liverpool one shopping centre and the Albert dock tourism spot.

Regular buses are also available from this area into the centre of town.

Although the property does not come with parking, it is generally easy to find free on-road parking along Stanhope Street. For a local, secure car park we would recommend:

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB.

The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is on the 9th floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.



Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

No one had a warm shower. Floor in kitchen pulled up and not secured. Missing planks. Trim piece laying on floor. Elevator not working 1 night.

Well appointed, with 3 bedroom/3 bathroom combination that is hard to find. Quality bedding/towels, 9th floor views that are hard to beat.
