"I booked this listing for my daughter’s wedding. Her and her bridesmaids stayed the night before and then got ready the day of the wedding. The venue was in close proximity to her venue, the rustic ranch. The wedding night her and her husband stayed. It’s a fabulous home with great picture taking possibilities. Would stay here again and highly recommend "

"Clean, well thought out Granny unit place, with a great night time view of the east bay. Check in box is the one one the left side of the front gate: we struggled a moment trying to get in using the code box on the right side of the front gate. Very helpful gentleman from inside the gate came to our rescue.Will look for this VRBO when traveling through again."

"Quiet, clean property in a very nice little neighborhood. Directly across the street from a church that you can hear soft organ music playing from. My partner and I found the unit had everything we needed. We had some trouble with check-in, but Robert was very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. We would love to stay here again!"

"Place was in great shape and well cleaned. It was exactly what we needed for our work trip. We did not spend much time at the place except early morning and when we got home from work around 8pm.The only thing that could improve is the wifi that’s hooked up to the TV. We tried to stream a couple times and it wasn’t really working. We didn’t really care though so we didn’t bring it up to the host. "

"Plenty of room and good setup for a work trip. Close enough to downtown to make getting to convention center an easy uber or bike ride. Great backyard to chill out in. And waaaay cheaper than a downtown hotel!"

"I was selling a house in a neighboring town and needed a place to stay that would accept my cats. We were welcomed immediately. It's a beautiful unit in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Close to BART and downtown Castro Valley. "

"The house was very modern and well equipped, felt like home from the moment we arrived very clean and in near perfect condition with a picturesque view of the Delta and Discovery Bay Marina. Enough room to park a 36’ Big Cat boat on there dock."

"It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle....

"The directions, process for checkin/checkout, and overall accommodations were beautiful! No complaints, just minimal suggestions: add a caddie to the shower for wash cloths and soap. Tighten the toilet paper holder (master bedroom), add a tray or shelf for toiletries, and give directions for turning on master bedroom lights (switch on the wall controls lights on the lamp stands. Thank you!"
