We also have 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds upstairs that can fit up to 6 people. With a full bathroom with all the essentials. Guests will feel right at home. Enjoy amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, heater, washer and dryer during your stay. Relax in the living room with 3 sofa beds. We hope you enjoy what our place and San Jose have to offer. We had a great stay. The location was excellent — close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and anything we needed during the trip. The house was very clean, and we especially enjoyed the patio and backyard, which made the space feel relaxing and comfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which we really appreciated.The kitchen was very nice and well‑equipped, but the only downside was that the BBQ pit wasn’t in good condition, so we weren’t able to grill as planned and had to cook on the stove instead. I was really looking forward to BBQing, so that was a bit disappointing.Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, convenience, and peaceful setting.

If you're simply looking for 4 bedrooms with 5 beds then go for it. But the living room is sparse and the furniture is breaking apart, there is not much in the kitchen, the beds are a little comfortable but not great, the pillows are not good. For washcloths in the bathroom they have those yellow industrial towels. There is trash in the backyard, along with a mop bucket just laying there. The neighborhood is quiet but run down. I could have gotten 3 rooms at the Hyatt for less money.

Great home away from home. Spacious, clean and filled with amenities. Large kitchen has brand new appliances and is stocked with good pans and a great coffeemaker and also very good coffee and complimentary snacks. Very well designed with practicality in mind: every room has a side table with a lamp that has USB and USB-C plugs for your phone, so you do not need to look for a wall outlet. Also, the area is very quiet, with little traffic. Wonderful place.

Clean. Simply furnished with LOTS of sleeping and sitting space inside and out. It was perfect for our group and I look forward to bringing the family in the future.

Great Stay! Clean, Spacious, Convenient

We had a great stay here. The place was super clean and spacious, just like the listing said. Check-in was straightforward, and the location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The extra bedding and blankets were a nice bonus. No complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

I recently stayed at this lovely house, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the home was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The space was spacious, with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The furnishings were comfortable, and the house had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere!

Awesome find!

The place is exactly how it is described in the listing! The check-in/check-out process was very simple, and the house was beautiful. The only downside is that I felt like the rooms we're pretty dusty which made my allergies act up. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Great Location and comfortable stay

We were only there for one night, but it was a great place. The ice maker did not work, so you will need to bring your own ice in. Everything else was great. Thanks!

Honestly there isn’t much to say about what I liked. I booked this for my family and grandkids to visit the Winchester House and San Cruz area. First appearance walking up to the front door we see dirty flip flops lying by the door the walkway needed to be swiped. As for the front room it was ok…. There was three sleeper couches but all pretty beat up meaning broken they leaned way back. Kitchen ok, but No Drinking glasses kitchen utensils were very old and beat up. Lots of things needed to be replaced. Oh and the best part Ants everywhere in the kitchen, dishwasher had an awful odor to it. Now for the back yard I wish I could show pictures there were two dirty mop buckets and mops in the backyard, they didn’t use patio furniture they had two filthy couches and look to be office furniture for chairs and table was literally fallen apart around the edges. They had a bbq sitting on the side of the house that looked like it caught on firer. In the garage they had a bucket and a hose that looked like it was for a leaking water heater or maybe the air conditioner needless to say we had to empty that bucket.. I really can’t believe someone in the abnb business doesn’t take more pride in there property it was the worse look in the back yard the pavement was all cracked and dirty Dirty sponge lying out there. The neighbors on one side had a ton of cats that looked malnutrition and they were running everywhere in the backyard. Beware!

the cleanliness of the home needs improvement as we felt like it wasn’t “ready” to be rented out. the floors were sticky. it wasn’t vacuumed or mopped. the outside/backyard area had a lot of trash and the bins were full. the power in the house shut off and the heater didn’t work throughout the night and we were freezing. it was unfortunate that the host wasnt replying until the next morning when we were checking out.

Dirty, Broken, and Not as Described

Unfortunately, this property was not well-maintained. The place was very dirty upon arrival. One of the bathroom doors was broken, the shower was filthy and clogged, and the comforters were also dirty.The property did not match the pictures shown in the listing, which was disappointing. While the owner initially responded about fixing the door, no one ever came to resolve the issue.Overall, this was not a pleasant stay.

We booked this house and then the owner text us claiming it had been “double-booked.” The pictures of this house look extremely similar to this house but it was a 5d/3ba. Same blankets and futon. We were switched to a different house that had plastic on the furniture. The plumbing didn’t work right. Every time you took a shower it smelled like raw sewage. My sister, daughter, and son all left with bug bites. Floors were extremely dirty. My 2.5yo son’s feet were filthy within a few minutes of running barefoot. How was basically bare. Little to nothing in the home. very cheap furniture. Thin blankets. Horrible wifi connection. Cheap toilet paper and very few towels for a house that was supposed to sleep like 14 people.

BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine. Because we were there for Super Bowl activities we weren’t able to find housing anywhere else so we were basically stuck with staying at the house. The kitchen itself is beautiful but they lacked in providing ample kitchen necessities for “away living.” Every single room had inadequate curtains at the window, not allowing for proper privacy. And one kitchen window had no curtain or blind at all. And Who provides towels and NO wash cloths?! Disgusting. I took so many pics of things that needed attention and am willing to share! There’s NO way this place should look or be advertised as a great host home. It absolutely needs a deep clean before renting out again. The owner really need to visit and see the place as It is. The cleaning crew needs to be fired or retrained on proper cleaning procedures. BEWARE if u book this place as you will be surely disappointed! We have travelled around the World and never experienced any other host homes this bad! BIG improvements need to be made immediately!
