Sunset Bay is 3000 sq foot beautiful new 2008 custom built 3 STORES home gazes at the Pacific Ocean mand it just a stone throw away from the local sandy beach. The hypnotic sounds of the ocean waves crashing, the salty beach air, reefs, sea lions, this and more all observed from this home.

Beach access is Drive Down &Wheel chair accessible!!! Just 50 feet away!!! It is perfect home for family reunion,classmates reunion, anniversaries, corporate travelers for local conference and any other large group up to 18, who needs to be together in one place.

Each room is uniquely decorated in comfortable elegance. If you like beautiful artwork, this home is for you. Open Great room kitchen and nook with 10 feet ceiling has breathtaking views from wall-to-wall oceanfront windows.

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen(2ND FLOOR) with high-end appliances, granite slab counter tops and bar, dining room with table for 8 and nook that seats 6, adjoining Great room with floor -to-ceiling stone gas fireplace,Sofa Queen bed, 65" 4K UHD,NETFLEX TV/DVD/CD player,Home Theater system 5.1 KLIPSCH & YAMAHA, library with over 60 DVD and hundred good books.

Stepping out from the Great room to the sundeck and smelling the salty ocean breeze,HOTSPRING SPA FOR 5-6 PEOPLE ,hearing the roar of the waves with the only concern of which chair you should relax in. This deck has 1 gas BBQ and 1 char-coil BBQ grill , eating area table for 8.

Upstairs (3d FLOOR)we have three bedrooms,all with 50"UHD 4K TVs. Enter the Master Bedroom suite through the double doors and you will fall under the spell of this romantic and comfortable place.

Magnificent, almost 180 degree ,ocean and beach views, king size bed, luxurious master bath,big screen plasma TV. You will fall asleep to the Pacific waves with awe inspiring views of moonlight and starlight on the water, and you will wake to the stunning vista that is the majestic Pacific Ocean.Also we have in m.bedroom walk in closet a folding crib bed with bedding and folding twin bed .

The master bath is spectacular, with a jetted Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and separate walk in shower with jetted body sprays and rain head. Second Master suite with King-bed,43" UHD 4K TV and spectacular wall-to-wall ocean view.

Both Masters suites have access to balcony with phenomenal beach view!!!The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin size bunk bed. There is another upstairs full bath with shower.

Downstairs has two bedrooms . 4th bedroom is really big part of Family room with Queen bed & twin/twin bunk bed , tons of toys & games ,big 55"UHD 4K TV with Nintendo Wii &PS4 console and 13 games,DVD,CD,cable ,also sofa-bed, with converts to additional full size bed and queen bed .

Igor was amazing, very responsive! Property was as advertised and had everything we needed. Hot tub was clean and everything worked. Igor even sent one of us a pillow we'd left behind! We had a great time!!

Dear Igor,We wanted to thank you for providing a fantastic stay at your property. We truly enjoyed our time and felt very comfortable and at home. The property was clean and the decor was beautiful, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the other amenities. They made our stay so much more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach.We were able to explore the area and enjoyed a trip to the ocean to watch Whales ,sea lions , beautiful Oregon coast, restaurants. We would highly recommend your property to other travelers. We are already planning our next trip and will be sure to look for your listings again. Thank you again for everything!

Our family stayed here for a week. Property location was great being a block off the beach and walking distance to shops/restaurants. House was big enough for everyone to feel comfortable and we found everything necessary for cooking. We had a couple of questions during the stay that Igor (owner) quickly responded to which we greatly appreciated. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

We loved everything about this stay...except for the cleanliness and functioning parts of the home. The location is excellent, Igor is super responsive, the home is a perfect size for a large family. Unfortunately, the home was dirty, the hot tub was dirty, and the jetted tub didn't work. Also, the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. I wanted the entire family to relax and love the property. It made it a little challenging when items weren't clean or in working order. This would be a 5-star home if it were clean!

Good and bad about our stay in this property Good: The property location is close to the beach access which was convenient for all of us. The house was large enough for our group. The out side wood fire place was amazing. The proerty manager Igor is very nice, polite person. We forgot some items behind, he brought those items for us to Portland thank you Igor. Bad: Both down stairs bed rooms had very bad odor (urine or mildew smell) at first we were not able to figure out where the smell was coming, later we found out one of the bed room matters was stained with urine and still damp. The family members assigned in those two rooms were not able to sleep in those rooms.The sitting room sofa is very old, had tears in every corner,worn out and stained cushins on them.The area rugs are very dirty, has folded corners which is a trip hazard to anyone.The kitchen is good except no medium or large serving bowls (only small bowls) no serving trays, kitchen drawers very dirty. All the towels smelled like mildew. Three out of five bedrooms are set up with bunk beds which is good for family with small kids, the house does not hold 16 adults. Sorry Igor for writing my honest reviews, with the amount of money we paid for house keeping, your house should be clean and in better conditions.

We loved our stay in Lincoln city at this very accommdating house. Just kitty corner from brach entrance, two level balconies for enjoying the sound of the waves and seagulls, it offers a fully functional kitchen, lots of space, a hot tub, steam shower, gane room, and has a really great vibe.

We loved this place and had a blast staying there. It was big enough for all 16 of us. It's within walking distance to the beach and within short driving distance to some good restaurants. It is well equipped with all the necessities for enjoying good food and drinks. Just one thing I would like the host to know is that the grill outside was very dirty. We had to clean it for about a good 30-40 mins before we could use it. Other than this minor issue, we all loved this place and would definitely want to come there back again.
