"Good; clean room, hot shower, cold ac, free ice, vending machines, VERY well maintained breakfast facility, helpful staff, good parking. Bad; pool not clean. Multiple family were disappointed. Some tried to clean the pool. I stayed there on my way up to NYC and booked again for the trip down because of the breakfast. Waffle maker was a big hit for us. Good variety of choices."

We asked if a refund was possible and explained the roaches situation and he looked at us confused and said he can't give a refund due to booking the hotel on Expedia"

"We had a terrible night. First, the air conditioning didn't work. We asked for help, but the staff member told us that was just how it was and that there were no other rooms available. She then brought out two dirty fans that looked like they belonged in the Paleolithic era. We told her we wanted a refund, and—as if by magic—a room suddenly became available. We went in, and my son and I—exhausted—took showers. Just as we were settling down to rest, my son screamed; there was a protruding piece...

"Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place"

"It’s poorly maintained. The photos are not exactly what you get (we missed a table). Cleaning supplies smell is everywhere. The sheet had strains. Breakfast was said to be just a muffin, coffee and juice before 9am (I decided to skip). Really find a better place"

The bartender helped me find the person to check in and was always as his station. The breakfast was a bit lacking. And I was looking forward to that the most since I work in the hospital but other than that It was ok"

"Hotel is old and beat. We thought having Hilton associates with it meant it was elevated. Worn carpet very basic bathroom. A step above Ramada Inn. Would not return, unless major renovations are done."
