"Wonderful experience with friendly and efficient service nd beautiful spacious room"

"This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!"

"Al llegar al hotel mi reserva estaba cancelada por el hotel justificando que no les habia entrado el pago. Sin embargo, yo ya habia pagado la estancia cuando hice la reserva y estaba confirmada por hotels.com El manager no me ayudo y se limito a decirme que no podian hacer nada. Tuve que buscar otro hotel y he perdido el dinero."

"It was good except they had no milk at breakfast of any kind except half and half. Also had lots of construction around. Not their fault, but was very noisy in the morning and hard to get to the hotel because of it."

"Ubicación estratégica, muchos servicios, comodidad."

"We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice...

"Excelente , la habitacion estaba muy comoda y limpia. "

"Rooms are big, but not clean enough. Bathroom is not updated and looks deteriorated. Valet parking service is very slow. Location is good."
