All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.

Parking
Your home has the following Parking Options. Please limit the number of vehicles during your stay so that they will fit within the available parking.  Car Size: Compact 10-14 ft, Midsize-14-16 ft, Full/XL-Size 16-20 ft

2 Car Garage - 2 Bays Available that can accommodate 2 Midsize or smaller Passenger Vehicle.

Driveway Parking 

Double-wide Driveway - Accommodates 2 Midsize or smaller Passenger Vehicles.

Street Parking

The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles that each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles.  You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival.  A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.  

Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.

Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community.  Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities.  Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts.  During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with its Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with its Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.   Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. You will receive a "Welcome to the Coastal Club Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Coastal Club Community.
