"I am a Hilton Gold and was told they would not give me the $25 per person food credit even though 3-weeks earlier when I stayed at this same property, another staff member (who was much nicer and more knowledgeable), did it without issue. I ended up getting points instead, which isn’t what I wanted.
Even if I got F&B credit, their restaurant, Alize, is barely open and has very limited food options. Their bar isn’t open most of the time also so I couldn’t use my food and beverage credit during...

"Every thing is great great and more great the only thing I felt could and should be better is the actual water in the pool the water was very cloudy very very cloudy it has to be purified more often but other than that it was a fantastic stay and it is near everything and I mean everything supermarket the mall macys Nordstrom etc. a lot of restaurants in the area and even a smoke shop around the corner and everything is walking distance everything we didn’t drive at all."

"The staff was friendly, especially the woman who checked me in late at night. The room was clean. I really appreciated the cleaning staff coming in on a daily basis! My only complaint was that the a/c unit in my room was quite loud, and being next to the elevator added to the noise level being less than ideal. Also, the safe in my room did not work. I also wish coffee had been provided in the lobby for people who didn’t pay extra for breakfast."
