Enclosed rear garden with garden furniture. Extensive patio with lawned garden. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a step from patio to lawn.. A warm welcome hamper will be provided upon arrival sourced from the local ’Elie Deli" to your dream holiday destination at Kilconquhar Cottage. Situated in the picturesque Scottish countryside, this delightful ground-floor two-bedroom converted barn set in a row of newly built cottages offers a perfect and peaceful retreat for your well-deserved break. You’ll find yourself surrounded by stunning natural landscapes and an idyllic setting. As you enter the cottage, you’ll immediately feel a sense of warmth and tranquillity, thanks to its charming fresh modern décor and inviting atmosphere.

The two boutique-style bedrooms, provide a relaxing space for a family or a group of friends. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploration and adventure. At the cottage, you’ll find an enclosed garden with a patio where you can unwind and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside. It’s the perfect spot to indulge in a morning coffee, have a leisurely lunch, or bask in the golden hues of a Scottish sunset.

One of the highlights of this holiday home is its proximity to the award-winning Ellie Beach, a mere five-minute drive away. Whether you’re a sun seeker, a water sports enthusiast, or simply someone who enjoys long walks along the shore, this pristine beach has something for everyone. If you’re a golf enthusiast, you’re in luck. The world-famous St Andrews, renowned as the home of golf, is just a short 30-minute drive from the estate. A day trip to Edinburgh which is only approximately 45mins from the cottage. During your stay, there is a variety of tasty local cuisine, craft and farmers markets. The Kilconquhar Castle estate’s amazing restaurant is open to non-residents and offers a delectable menu featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Savour traditional Scottish dishes while enjoying the warm and welcoming ambience and walk around the castle grounds.

The cottage was very comfortable, decorated to a high standard, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We had our dog with us and he was well catered for too. The welcome pack was very generous and much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property.
