The location was extremely convenient right between the old town downtown area and Urgull mountain for pleasant hiking. It's also only about 10-min walk to the beach entrance. All the staffs were very friendly and informative! Especially, upon check-in, I got a list of the popular pintxo bars and restaurants including their best selling dishes - which was super helpful! The staff were amazing, and helped us figure out what tours to take and they even made all the reservations for us on line. The restaurant at the hotel Narru was also excellent and so convenient.
