"Check in was quick and easy and Gurggen was quick to respond to my questions. House was extremely clean and well stocked. "

"The place was as pictured. Wasn’t as clean as I would like, there was dried spilled red something on baseboards, used soiled sponges to wash dishes. No washcloths. No plug in lights no mirror or clocks except bathroom. Pigeon poop everywhere outside and crickets. The beds were comfortable and the host provided coffee and some snacks, that was thoughtful also provided condiments in fridge."

"We had a great stay at the Trapper House while in Bakersfield for a family wedding. It was very convenient for our large family, especially since we had four children under the age of 8. The kids loved being able to use the bunk beds, which worked out perfectly for us. After being out in the heat for the wedding activities, it was great to come back to a cool and relaxing...

"We loved our stay at this house - it was the perfect size for our large family group, and the hosts were so amazing about getting us in last minute, after our other reservation cancelled on us the day before we were due to arrive! We were only 30 minutes from an amazing snow play area, and just had the best time! Highly recommend!"
