"The staff were very friendly, the area was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We love the Art Deco style of the hotel The room was clean but there were stains on the rug and on the side chair. There is a beautiful roof top patio with great views of the city, unfortunately the nats were so horrible we couldn’t sit outside to enjoy it. Breakfast is not included unless you purchase a package. Parking is very expensive. Overall it was a great stay"

"I booked this hotel because they have valet parking. When we checked in, I was told the parking garage was full. I was given 3 other parking garage options and they were all full as well. So I had to drive around and find parking on my own. The air conditioner in the room was broke. There were no other rooms available to move to. They sent someone up to try and fix it but it couldn’t be fixed. They did bring us a fan but it was very hot and not comfortable. Also, a chunk of the bathroom door...

"Room was dirty when I brought it to staff attention they requested from housekeeper to clean it while I was out came back hours later and somethings still hadn’t been cleaned. My overall experience was terrible I couldn’t enjoy all the amenities due to others lounging across the room with their shoes off as if they were in their own private room. Just wish I would have chosen a different place"

"We thought we'd give the Arlo a try, since it looked promising online. The room was good in terms of space and cleanliness, but incredibly dark with hardly any natural light. Thankfully, we were only there for one night. If we had been there for much longer, the lack of light would have been an issue. Breakfast was mediocre, service was the same. One waitress worked the entire restaurant, which was full. Needless to say, nothing was moving that quickly."

"The rooms were extremely small and dated. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a copy of your receipt from this hotel. They insist that you can get it from the Hilton Honors app, but you cannot. Then, when you call, no one picks up and they direct you to an AI assistant - OR you are on hold forever. I have been trying to get this simple thing for three days now. When you check out - make sure you get a paper copy."
