Upon booking, there are clearly 2 very different types of rooms - remodelled rooms and older, not so nice looking rooms. There is also a very clear price difference between the two. I booked a remodelled room and paid the according price. When I arrived at the property, they put me in an old room that was not remodelled. I immediately went back to the front desk and showed my booking and informed the lady that the room she put me in was not what I booked nor what I paid for. She told me they were out of the remodelled rooms for the night and that I would have to pay the difference to be place in a remodelled room with 2 double beds (I originally booked a Queen bed remodelled room). I was falsely sold a room and forced to pay extra at the hotel for essentially the same thing. Terrible experience and will never be booking here again. Very deceptive room listings, if you book a remodelled room, know that it’s not guaranteed EVEN IF YOU PAY EXTRA, and they will tell you it’s first come first serve. Save your money and book elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.
