Would not stay again

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience here. Before we got there, I had pretty good communication with the property manager. It was a little odd that the manager referred to me as three different names throughout our communication, but overall there was still communication. We were not informed that the front door was in the back, so we were confused on how to get in. We finally found the door and immediately noticed an extremely pungent smell, which we soon learned was from the amount of Glade plug-ins. We ended up unplugging some of them just to be in the house, since the smell was beginning to give me a headache. The cleanliness was poor. The walls and carpeting were very dirty, and the downstairs bed had used shaving razors underneath it.The amount of dust in the vents and surfaces makes it difficult for people with allergies and COPD, which one of our members has. The downstairs bathroom was nice and clean at least. The upstairs bathroom was not as clean as the downstairs.The heating would also sometimes oscillate between hot and cold, making for a poor sleeping experience. If we had known the kitchen was upstairs, we would not have stayed. A member of our party is elderly and cannot get up stairs easily. This was not mentioned in the accessibility section of the listing, and needs to be updated. The shower heads are also not accessible for people who are below 5'5. Location was great, but overall would not recommend.

Has Potential

Perfect for LS Fest - close to the speedway and has a garage. Slightly run down, the carpet is worn, the downstairs bathroom door is not hung correctly and there are Fragrant plug ins everywhere and the smell sticks to your clothes. Very limited supplies for the guest - no extra TP, paper towels , no liquid dish soap, no extra linens. Very limited kitchen supplies. It was fine for this trip but I don’t think we will be staying there again. The neighborhood in the complex is very quiet and the guards are great.
