La Casita del Patio, Las Galeras, Samana

Your family will be close to everything and many beautiful beaches, when you stay with us. Only 800 meters on the flat road of Playa Grande, a few meters from restaurants, minimarkets, bank ATMs, our central place, will put you in contact with the joy and hustle and bustle of the day and the regimen and tranquility of the night, we have two rooms with their bathroom each and a sofa bed where up to two people can be accommodated, three air conditioners, full kitchen and much more.
The space
The patio house was the name I chose because the patio is much larger than the house, it has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room and has air conditioning in each sleeping space, an extra comfortable and spacious terrace, the kitchen is practical and complete with everything you need for a great stay.
Guest access
The house has the front towards the patio and not to the main street that crosses it right next to it, to guarantee greater privacy, if you come in your own car you can park the car in the patio, the property is totally fenced, it only has an alley that we share with the neighbors but that has its private entrance.
Other things to note
It is possible to make some noise during the day.
