"Stayed in suite 2. Communication prior to stay was good re parking and check in which was as advised. Only slight issue was getting info suite which had very stiff front door. Lovely apartment , very clean on arrival with complimentary beer , prosecco and soft drinks. Information provided in apartment advised it would be serviced following day. Jacuzzi worked once we got the hang of it.TV kept pixeling but got better. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Stayed Friday and Saturday night, got back...

"The reason we rate this Hotel so poorly is because our two night stay in mid July turned into a one night day because the room had no ventilation, no fresh air coming in by any way, except the window and the window was adjacent to the roof line where if we kept the window open, there was the possibility of a rodent coming in through the unscreened window and without the window being open, the room turned into an oven. "Excellent location near Lancaster, just off M6. Lovely pub, lovely breakfast too. Plenty of parking. Compact room, neat, tidy, good supplies. Comfortable bed. Tea & coffee makings & small kettle. Only issue was room was really hard to ventilate, so was very warm (good for winter tho!)"

"Fire alarm went off, couldn’t get in contact with the host at all so the firemen had to override the system. without that the alarm would have went off all night. no checkout information was given, so wasn’t sure what to do at all. told to contact a number rather than on the booking site and never heard back. better places in Lancaster to stay."

"Perfect for a family of four. Clean, everything you need for a stay. Easy check-in. Free parking on the street and only a 15 minute walk to the castle or to the Ashton Memorial."

"Muy buena limpieza, habitación cómoda con vistas a la plaza Dalton, contaba con varias cositas de servicio de habitaciones como chocolate, agua y galletas. Totalmente recomendable"
