"Check-in was a faff. Expedia states 15:00 check in but there is a note on the door which says 16:00. The door was locked, we couldn’t wait until 16:00. We phoned and finally managed to speak to someone who opened the door and checked us in. The room was clean but needs some TLC - marks on the inside of the door at the bottom and some damage in places to the roof. No instructions on checkout and again the pub door was locked so we just put the key through the door."

"The reason we rate this Hotel so poorly is because our two night stay in mid July turned into a one night day because the room had no ventilation, no fresh air coming in by any way, except the window and the window was adjacent to the roof line where if we kept the window open, there was the possibility of a rodent coming in through the unscreened window and without the window being open, the room turned into an oven. The temperature was 80degrees or more. The management provided two fans, but...

"Stayed in suite 2. Communication prior to stay was good re parking and check in which was as advised. Only slight issue was getting info suite which had very stiff front door. Lovely apartment , very clean on arrival with complimentary beer , prosecco and soft drinks. Information provided in apartment advised it would be serviced following day. Jacuzzi worked once we got the hang of it.TV kept pixeling but got better. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Stayed Friday and Saturday night, got back...
