The location was top notch and the house was as advertised. We did have a few issues with it and reached out to Kevin. The Master toilet was running and not flushing, tv’s weren’t working and the hot tub had an error code. Kevin responded the same night initially and sent out someone to take a look the next morning. However we had an issue with the hot tub the very next day and I reached out again to Kevin. He never responded to me. One of the big draws to the house was the hot tub so I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. I was also disappointed that there was no starter wood for the fireplace. At least a few logs to get us going would have been appreciated. I reached out again a few days after leaving and still no response from Kevin. A few of the windows were also difficult to open, screens broken. It was an expensive house to have to deal with these type of issues.
