The upper level of the home features an open concept living area with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, dining area w/seating for six (6), and the fully equipped, updated kitchen with additional seating for three (3) at the bar. Sliding glass doors off the living room take you out onto the large, covered front porch w/rockers, which overlooks Lake Lure & has awesome views of the mountains. A back door off the kitchen leads out to the large back deck, complete with gas grill and table & chairs for outdoor dining.
The Master Bedroom, also on the upper level of this home has a King Bed, a flat screen TV, sliding glass doors leading out onto the front porch and a full bathroom w/tub-shower combination. Rounding out the upper level, is a guest bedroom w/Queen bed, flat screen TV, sliding glass doors leading out to the back deck and a full bathroom w/tub-shower combination.
On the lower level of the home, you'll find two additional guest bedrooms, one with two (2) twin beds, and the bunk room with two (2) double beds, plus a twin trundle underneath, the 3rd full bathroom with walk-in shower, and the laundry area with a stack washer and dryer. On one side of the garage there is a pool table, with an oversized, comfy chair & ottoman and an extra fridge.
Entry to this home is made easy by way of the one-car garage, or the wrap-around ramp that leads from the parking area all the way around the house to the front door.
