"Amazing place to stay in Kalangala. Such a comfortable and clean place to stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. As we stayed during the week we had the place to ourselves. Pool area was lovely. Food was delish! The forest activities were a lot of fun! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature as well as the views of Lake Victoria! "

"Enjoyed the beautiful greenery. The rooms had a view and were quite spacious. Getting to the hotel was wonderful because it was late and they greeted me with juice. Laundry was included which was a bonus. Food could be more flavourful "

"Gately is a quaint hotel that is always enjoyable. The staff are courteous, professional and attentive but not annoying. The facility itself is a bit nostalgic and unique, and along with that comes aging plumbing and electrical supply problems. You will enjoy Gately, particularly the staff, but expect a bit older amenities."

"For the price, it's a convenient hotel, free transport to and from the airport (they even picked me up at 3:00 am from the airport). Breakfast is simple but fine and included. "The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel.
