"高層階のバルコニーからの景色がとにかくステキです！
ホテルは多少老朽化も感じますが清潔でスタッフの方も丁寧でフレンドリーで写真をお願いした時にとても綺麗にとってくれて驚きました！
ウェルカムドリンクも夜に持ってきてくれるチョコも朝食もとてもおいしかったです！チェックインした時にラウンジがすでに閉まっているからとビールとマカロンを部屋に持ってきてくれたのも嬉しかったです！
お風呂でお湯を貯めていると途中からお湯がぬるくなるのは歩き疲れた日本人観光客としては少し残念なポイントです。
少なくためて足だけでもあったかいお湯に浸かるのがおすすめ！"

They have amazing breakfast.
The staff are truly amazing and go out of their way to make sure you stay is pleasant. They are attentive, friendly and always ready to accommodate any request to ensure you looked after and have everything you need. Nothing felt like too much trouble for them....

"I had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Bangkok. I arrived early and my room was ready 5 hours before check in which is such a great way to start a trip.
I had a small issue with my room, but it was dealt with immediately and resulted in a benefit to me.
The staff was great and the service excellent. Great location with easy access to a shuttle boat, BTS (train) and Grab cars and taxis. I would stay again!"
