The Space:

The second bedroom includes two beds and a built-in closet, with easy access to a shared bathroom. The kitchen includes a gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

Pet fees apply per pet.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



High-speed wireless Wi-Fi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending to the back patio and pool area. Living and room and both bedrooms feature smart TVs for all of

your favorite shows and movies.

The home also features use of the garage, AMPLE PARKING in front and provided neighborhood patrol. Trash is located on the side of the garage. Please remove used bedding and leave in the laundry area. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person.
