Upon entering, you step into a spacious hall with a separate toilet. The cozy living room features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. Sliding doors lead to a 10 m² balcony with luxury furniture, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the lively nearby square.The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a combi oven, a hob, a dishwasher, and a dining area perfect for shared meals. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. A separate utility room includes a washing machine, dryer, and safe.Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms—one with two single beds and one with a double bed—along with a second separate toilet and a luxurious bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink, and a private sauna. From this floor, step out onto a spacious 20 m² roof terrace to enjoy the sun and fresh air all day.Additional conveniences include a non-smoking, pet-free environment, private outdoor storage, and a parking space with an EV charging station (NewMotion). Guests can also use a second parking spot in a nearby public lot with a special permit. Barbecuing is permitted electrically, ensuring safety and comfort for all.

Dishoek is a traditionally cozy recreation area. Dishoek is known for its pleasant square with its cozy terraces. It is located on the beautiful island of Walcheren, a stone's throw from Middelburg, Vlissingen and Zoutelande. Due to the perfect location of the apartment complex, you can enjoy optimum sun exposure.

In addition to staying on the beautiful and unique south beach, the Dishoek location offers numerous alternative relaxation options. How about hitting a ball at the De Zeeuwsche golf course in Middelburg? The less experienced golfers are also very welcome here. Water sports enthusiasts can either surf (kite) or sail on the North Sea, the Veerse Meer or the Westerschelde.

The historic town of Veere and the monumental city of Middelburg can be reached by car or bicycle. But whatever is possible: grab a terrace in Zoutelande, visit the unique boulevard of Vlissingen, shop in the city or take the bicycle-pedestrian ferry to Breskens, Cadzand, Sluis or Knokke! In short, plenty to experience!

Kurzurlaub mit der Familie

Sehr gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Rezeption ist nicht direkt vor Ort, aber telefonisch erreichbar. Oberflächlich war es sehr sauber, allerdings gab es kleinere Mängel.
