"Este sitio es un timo. Lo reservamos a última hora por un viaje de negocios y al llegar al apartamento no dimos con el apartamento y llamamos al teléfono de contacto y nadie nos respondió. Luego al llamar nos dicen que había que haber avisado 48 horas antes de la llegada para poder concertar la entrega de llaves (cosa que fue imposible porque alquilamos el apartamento a las 18:00 del mismo día de llegada. "This self catering hotel suited us perfectly as it had a great pool which was not busy and it was only a few steps down onto the sandy beach. The towels in the room were changed daily (if we wanted them to be changed) and beds made etc. It is not the 4 star facility that some people would want, but if you do not want all the bells and whistles and just want a lovely family run self catering hotel in the best location then you cannot beat this one. "

"Hotel muy bien situado. A media hora de Heraklio en un entorno natural incomparable y con espectaculares vistas de las montañas de Creta. El desayuno es espectacular y Nicos y su familia son muy atentos. El apartamento estaba muy bien decorado y con todo tipo de facilidades. El restaurante merece un punto y aparte. La comida es muy buena con grandes raciones y a muy buen precio. Lugar 100% recomedable."

"I stayed in unit separate than the hotel but in city center. It can be quite noisy special in the night with restaurants open till midnight. Shower fittings were loose but manageable. One thing to be careful about No Lift and it is 3rd Floor. So if you have quite heavy luggage then you have to take bellboy help or drag it up yourself. Bathroom exhaust was not working."

"Magda und ihr Team waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Die Suites sind wunderschön. Das Wetter im Oktober traumhaft. Wer relaxen will ist hier absolut richtig. Supermarkt, Autovermietung, Cafés und Restaurants unmittelbar in der Nähe. Ebenso gibt es einen Strand direkt gegenüber. Da lohnt sich trotz Privatpool ein Sprung ins Meer :) "
