"The hot is having improvement works being done. The rooms are well presented and have everything needed. The bed was okay, I didn't particularly find the bed comfortable but could have been me. Breakfast the first day was fine though they did get my breakfast wrong, a couple of others were similar, the second day was fine. You can still see the areas still to be updated but does look like well on the way. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"We checked in to this beautiful old inn, and were greeted by owner Johnathan, we were shown to our room and told if we needed anything just ask. Being the winter the kitchen is closed Monday and Tuesday which Johnathan apologised for, we replied it’s absoulutly fine. He told us of the local Chinese just up the road and said please feel free to bring it back to our room to eat, which we did. Excellent Chinese takeaway. We slept like logs and woke to have full breakfast that Jonathan cooked which...

"The hotel itself is great, with the dining area being beautiful & view great. You are paying for the view. The room was nice but for some unknown reason they put heating on at the height of summer. The window only opens less then a crack. Whist we did get provided with a fan the room was still red hot & as a result i was far too hot all night to sleep.
