"This is my first time in a Premier Inn, which for the NZ AU people, this is the Jetstar of hotels. The room was tidy, spacious and nice. The hotel was clean and tidy. However the staff (except for one person) were not helpful. For check in, we arrived 15mins early but were not even given a chance to ask for an early check in, we were told to go wait in the restaurant area, as in we were unable to even say our name before being told check in is 3pm not earlier.
