"Host (Aimee) was fantastic. We had fresh fruit, flowers and wine upon arrival. Property was clean and as described and even had a new grille delivered to replace aging one Every time I contacted the host about some small issue she responded immediately. We had a great stay enhanced by such a good experience with the host. "

"This property is at least a 20-year old single wide mobile home. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living space are very small. The ceilings are 7-feet high and claustrophobic. While the home was very clean on arrival, and the staff was friendly, the home is showing signs of wear and disrepair. The ceilings are definitely cracking and in need of repair. The television remote control would not adjust the audio volume, and I had to call management. While a pleasant young man did arrive...

"Location 10/10Hospitality 10/10Ease of access 10/10Only downside is the boat ramp. High tide launches only!Best to have a smaller boat if launching in the neighborhood. But can rent slips to keep larger boats!I will be staying here again for sure!The perfect getaway for friends and family!"

"Very nice unit! Exactly as advertised. A very small issue was it wasn’t stocked well with TP, paper towels, garbage bags and soap. But when I asked for garbage bags they quickly got them to me! I would definitely recommend! "

"This is by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the boat driver, Captain Ryan. The ride over was easy and quick. We rode with 1 other couple and the captain helped everyone aboard, with a hand and carried our luggage aboard. He had a very friendly demeanor. He had knowledge of the wildlife in the area and told us to keep an eye out for manatee and dolphins, which we saw within a 1/2 hour of being dropped off. "Absolutely lovely property in the Keys! Perfect for spending time in the outdoors and using all that the private beach has to offer. On the pricey side considering the age of the units but the backyard, water access and view is what you are paying for. Great location to access things. We really enjoyed!"
