"This property is at least a 20-year old single wide mobile home. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living space are very small. The ceilings are 7-feet high and claustrophobic. While the home was very clean on arrival, and the staff was friendly, the home is showing signs of wear and disrepair. The ceilings are definitely cracking and in need of repair. "This is by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the boat driver, Captain Ryan. The ride over was easy and quick. We rode with 1 other couple and the captain helped everyone aboard, with a hand and carried our luggage aboard. He had a very friendly demeanor. He had knowledge of the wildlife in the area and told us to keep an eye out for manatee and dolphins, which we saw within a 1/2 hour of being dropped off. "The unit was extremely clean upon arrival, the host was very kind and responsive, and we absolutely loved snorkeling in the lagoon with all the beautiful fish and anenomes! The kids had a blast with the canoes! Mattresses were also very comfortable. Looking forward to another stay in the future!"

"The condo was as described. We had a slight issue with the wifi upon arrival but Charlene worked quickly with me to get it addressed. The property grounds are great. There are two pools and the lagoon was really a neat addition. There are a lot of fish in the lagoon which the kids really enjoyed. The jetty provides a path out in the water for some solid fishing. The condo is located in a great spot on the property with easy access to the pool. For the price, I don't think we could have done much...
