Adult family

The place was great, but not enough sleeping space for 8 adults. The upstairs bedrooms were great, but definitely need more hooks for wet clothes and towels. The bedroom downstairs may be good for kids, not adults. Location and communication was awesome. Thank you.

Beautiful property

We had an amazing stay at the villa! The villa is beautifully decorated and very clean! A plus is the location. It is right across the pool, the playground and the lagoon. Very beautiful!

Our family Vacation

The villa was more than enough room to sleep my family of seven. The location was right near both the pool and lagoon. We made use of the kayaks in the lagoon. We also enjoyed the giant tiki hut which was perfect for playing games and spending time together after dark. Easy access in and out of the community and close to great restaurants. The only issues we encountered was the internet and cable had constant issues. And the air conditioner was not constant cooling. Once it shuts off it quickly gets warm. So we just kept it on 70 degrees which helped. Overall I recommend staying here at Kawarma.

Great vacation and great place to stay!

I would highly recommend this property for a long or short stay. Security and privacy of the property was excellent. The unit was well stocked with anything you may need in the kitchen and bathrooms (including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra bedding. Big TVs in both common areas and all bedrooms. The property/neighborhood was clean and well maintained. Beautiful jetty out to the Atlantic where we fished for hours. The second night the tv and ceiling lights/fan didn’t work. I contacted the property owner and the problem was handled within an hour. They also called me personally to ask if it was a good time to have someone come take care of it. I would stay here again and again!

Spacious and comfortable

We had a one night stay on our way to Key West. The unit was spread out- kitchen on the 2nd floor. The only thing to note is that with the unit spread out on three floors, it was a bit too strenuous for our group - All the stairs with bad knees/ hips etc. That is on us, of course, and we loved the unit and the amenities provided.

Kawama Yacht Club Condo R5

This is a nice property, pools, beach, lagoons and marina. The condo is close to neighbors but that was ok. Damaris was very responsive to our needs.

Great Key Largo Condo

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Nice coastal them decor. Loved the multiple living spaces, great for teenagers. Kawama is very pleasant, relaxed club. Plenty to do between tennis, pickleball, pools and kayaking the lagoon (pickleball set at the condo, bring tennis rackets or additional pickleball set for doubles). Nice walks to the jetty for a view of the Atlantic. Various spaces and chairs to sit and relax. Having the bikes was nice, if you want a golf cart call ahead of time to any of the area rentals, they will deliver. This was a comfortable setting to soak up the sun and take advantage of the proximity to many restaurants and nearby boat charters.

Cute Place

The 5 of us enjoyed our stay! The condo was the right amount of space for us. The community had great amenities that we utilized. The only thing I would say is they NEED towel racks/hooks in all 3 bathrooms, don’t understand why there isn’t any! The condo had very limited basic essentials, it could be stocked with more.

HORRIBLE STAY

I would never recommend staying here. NO Hot Tub, NO true 3rd bedroom (window, closet and a door), only 3 tall glasses, NO hand mixer though the beaters were in the drawer, flaking pans (bought one to use during stay), dirty and broken dishes in cabinets, 3rd bathroom you can’t sit without turning sideways (bad DIY retrofit to MAKE a bathroom, SMH!). 2 BIKES but 1 so rusted the chain fell off. The next day we had a replacement on day 3 of our 6 day stay. No lamp in 1 upper bedroom and the curtains so thin that sleeping by the bright street light limited ability to sleep (get some room darkening curtains) No stopper in 2nd bathroom. No exhaust fans in any bathroom. Doors in refrigerator to store condiments, etc were MIA (limiting our storage) RAW Sewage at our driveway with the horrendous stench to accompany! Pool was heated with hair balls in it! Tried to reach owner during stay ~ limited responses. Called VRBO for assistance re no hot tub. Owner LIED to VRBO and stated they never advertised it had a hot tub. VRBO then gained access to my screenshot message to host asking where the hot tub was, security guard confirmed THERE ISN’T A HOT TUB! My friends and I would not have even booked this place had they not advertised a hot tub was available. If we could have found another place to stay but nothing was available. I’m not finished yet.

Disappointed!

The toilet did not work. The 3rd bedroom was just a bed in the room no closet so technically not legally a bedroom. Picture's looked better than it actually was. I would not stay there again and would like a refund. I tried to contact the host with No return response. This is my first complaint ever staying in a VRBO and we stayed at a different one last week and loved it.

When got there the lady at front gate wasn’t going to let us park our trailer inside the gate. I got intouch with the owner and she made it happen. She is very nice. The place was clean. And the beds were very comfortable. It was a very good trip.

Average stay - disappointing

While the unit was very clean there were few downsides for us : the dishwasher was full of mildew, one of the bedroom is open to the first floor and has no windows, the property is dated and needs some TLC, the lagoon was dirty with trash floating, and the pier had a lot of trashed washed off by the ocean but it was never cleaned. If you rent a property that high, high standards are expected inside the property but also on property ground. It was not as dreamy as the reviews or pictures suggested therefore I would give it a 3/5 because it was overpriced for what you get.

Wow what a great place

So this place is really cool and comfortable you literally dont need to walk with anything its all there already from kayaks to fishing rods and coolers, definitely great for big groups it was 10 of us and it had more than enough space bed were comfy and so were the couches. Just outside was fresh sea food restaurants and dive locations however the beach was gross but overall awesome place
