"We had a great stay, we had everything we needed. Parking was easy in the lot adjacent to the building, it felt safe and secure. The rooftop pool and hot tub was great and clean. Lots of areas to relax in with outdoor fire pits. The smoke detector went off in the middle of the night, we messaged the host and he sent someone immediately. Super responsive and friendly. Would stay again!"

"The entrance is a bit hidden and we were in the bottom room so had to go through the laundry room, but once in the room it was perfect. nicely decorated, clean and simply stocked with the basics. The bed was very comfortable as was the pull out couch. Having tvs in both rooms was great as well. It was a nice place and good value for the money. Lastly, good location with access to downtown, quick drive to college and stores and gas nearby. "

"Very clean, It's a unique apartment with a very open floor plan. Private gated garage parking. Tight for my full size truck but it's nice to have a designated space Close proximity to the Salt Palace convention center. "

"Multiple communication lines - discontinuity between VRBO and Expedia. Inconsistent communication. Expedia and VRBO says the door codes will be available three days prior checking in. The host says two hours. It does not matter if it's two hours - it needs to be communicated well ahead so that I don't have to worry about it. No communication to communicate this until I frantically asked and called around. Overall, very poor communication from all, Expedia, VRBO and the host."
