It's equipped with a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, electric fry pan and crockpot. The apartment stays cozy with heating and cool with AC. Whether you’re unwinding after a day out or enjoying a quiet morning inside, this terrific spot makes for an enjoyable stay. Located in town for the nightlife & just walking minutes away from IHC McKay Dee hospital, 15 min from Hill AFB, 30 minutes from world class skiing, 40 min from SLC and airport. Yellowstone just 5hous and Las Vegas just 8 hours away. I live upstairs with 2 dogs and 2 birds. Dogs bark, birds chirp, you will hear them occasionally when you come and go.

Frankly, my grandsons were a little hesitant about the idea of staying in somebody's basement. But once they actually walked in, they were more than sold. We had a wonderful time. Hoping to stay there again the next time I am in town.

Everything was wonderful!! An unexpected snack was available as well which was a blessing after over 12 hours of travel. Would definitely stay again!!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights with our grandson. The property was perfect for us and so close to everything! Loved all the sunflowers since we are from Kansas. The host was very responsive to communications. The property is as described on VRBO.

The host, Kathleen was wonderful. She met me on arrival and gave me a tour of the basement unit.The basement unit was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including items you may have forgotten to pack.

Charming home with friendly welcoming check-inThings I did note that weren’t in the listing Owner has quiet time from 10pm to 7am No kitchen sink so had to wash dishes in the bathroom Improvement would be to clearly post checkout procedures in the unit. Missed them on the website and accidentally missed a step in leaving didn’t catch it until I had already locked myself out. Hope that step wasn’t to big a deal for them.
