Clean and cozy studio apartment. Amy was very responsive to any questions and needs. I felt safe in the room. It is close to alot of great coffee, food, the tram (though the area is very walkable).

Starting with the obvious. SLC, it's going to be great. This location was great. Close to downtown and tourist area, everything was accessible. Close to interstate made it easy to get anywhere, but it still was a safe area. I'm a runner and i had a lot of options right out the door. Unit was small but well appropriated and just perfect for me. Especially when you look out the window (ie, one entire wall) and look at the sunset and mountains. The bed was very comfortable with 4 high quality pillows. Stand out info... the 13th floor is all common space with an inspiring gym. 360views!! Communication with Amy also put this as a stand out. She quickly answered all my questions. Thanks, Amy, hope to be back soon

My wife and I really enjoyed our two week stay here. Great location. The top floor common area, workspace, gym and views are excellent. Everything was clean and functionally. While the apartment is small I’d didn’t feel cramped. We plan to stay here again.

Weekend Stay

Spent 2 nights at this location in downtown SLC with free parking. Host communicated well with good instructions ( note you have to put in unit number then the building code to enter the building). Clean and well furnished for my needs. First time on a memory foam mattress. It was nice and slept well.

Excellent location - gym top rate

Loved staying in such a convenient downtown location. All building personnel were kind and friendly. Top floor gym was extremely well appointed with weights and machines - the view made it a gorgeous place to get that workout in!

Great for what I was looking for

I was in SLC working remotely for two weeks while my son was settling into the University and the place was great. I really enjoyed the 13th floor workspaces and gym and found the unit to be perfect for what I was looking for. It is nicely updated and the full kitchen allowed me to cook at home so that I didn't always have to go out. The location is great, I took nice walks to where my son lives, near campus, and also walked to Temple Square. Fisher Brewery is close by as well as Brewvies should you want to see a movie.

Secure Modern studio apt. Excellent access to ski resorts , grocery, restaurants

Park in a monitored surface lot. Studio with mtn views, good water pressure, and fabulous top floor fitness area. There is communal work space with cozy seating and fireplace, complimentary coffee and tea. The leasing office is on the main floor and there is a cart to move your stuff. Just ask to borrow it. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware to prepare meals. There is a washer/dryer unit. It works but look at the on-line manual to try to understand it. Or default to ‘My Cycle’. Quiet and private, this is an excellent value for SLC. c
