"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "

"Overall, the hotel was great—the location and price were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and professional. However, it was quite noisy. We could hear people from upstairs, the lobby, and outside (we were on the second floor), which made it hard to relax and sleep. The bed was also a bit too soft for our liking. Because of the noise, it may not be the best choice for families with children or light sleepers."

"Good for a budget stay as long as you don't care where you stay. Location is good and you can walk just about anywhere in the city and beach faster than waiting for transportation. However the cleaning staff failed to clean our room even once during our 3 night 4 day stay even when requested."

"なんといっても立地が最高です。 インターナショナルマーケットップレイス目の前、各種バス停も近くとっても便利でした。 部屋は広くリノベされていてキレイでお掃除もしっかりされていました。 トイレがウォシュレットだったのも良かったです。 滞在中ずっと窓を開けていましたが中庭ビューだったためか外の音も気にならず他の部屋の音も気になりませんでした。 スタッフの方の対応も良く安心して滞在することができました。 特にベランダへの窓の開け方がわからなくて教えてくれたスタッフさんの対応がとてもよく、チェックアウト時もにこやかに手を振ってくれて感じがよかったです。 またワイキキを訪れる際は利用したいです。"

"The hotel’s office hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Due to my flight schedule, I arrived after 10:00 PM and had to pay an extra fee for late check-in. This policy was not clearly mentioned at the time of booking, and I believe it would be better if late-arriving flights were not paired with hotels that have such restrictions. Additionally, the shower was very poor. It took a long time for hot water to come through, and the room was extremely dark. I would not recommend staying at this place,...

"Staffs are very nice. Front desk was so helpful. It is dog friendly hotel so if you are allergic to dog probably use different hotel. They got clean pool that kids can play in. Bed was comfortable but we did find bugs on the last day. Not sure if they came from outside or they were there whole time. Overall we still enjoyed our stay here. Location is amazing. It's walkable distance to pretty much everything. Parking is little bit tricky. Recommend walking or taking a bus."

"Good spot in center of Waikiki. Room was cleaned. Good customer service at front desk. Free parking was the best, but going up 6 levels was a little bit of a pain. Lots of food options and shopping around. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Easy access around Waikiki."

"We absolutely loved it! Cute little neighborhood hotel. Everyone’s friendly and greeted us from the time we got out at belldesk to unload our luggage to checking in, and housekeeping. Very intimate and retro environment. Seemed more authentic in culture and Waikiki history than other hotels. We look forward to our next trip soon. "
