Cute place. Great location. The only complaint is the quality of the water. It smells horrible. We didn’t want drink or cook with it and also didn’t want to bathe in it. The owner MUST get a water softener at the property and should provide drinking water through a water service. Really off putting!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here for a weekend. The bedrooms were comfortable and accomodated our family of 3 nicely. The back patio was perfect to store our bicycles that we used to explore Fort Clinch State Park and the nature trail (we saw so many bunny rabbits!), and the washer and dryer made it so nice to not have to travel home with dirty clothes. The hose/shower hook up on the back porch made it easy to rinse off. The Sandbar was tasty for lunch and Sliders had a delicious breakfast with a view. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Great stay!

Great getaway!

Property was well equipped and positioned for a fun week at the beach. Townhouse was incredibly clean and had all the appliances and household goods needed for a home away from home. The location was a short 2 block walk from the beach and an easy 5min drive to downtown. If you have small kids or tend to pack for an extended day at the beach I would recommend bringing a wagon or beach cart to assist in transport. Loved seeing so much wildlife around the complex as well! Back gate opens directly to the street with pool access and a nice grassy yard!

Nice place, great location

Very nice. Townhome is indeed totally updated (everything was perfect) and a very short walk to the beach. Also very convenient to Ft. Clinch State Park, a jewel with its evocative historic fort and abundant wildlife, and, on bikes (which we rented; great) or by car, to downtown Fernandina Beach with its many restaurants etc. Also check out the Egan Creek Greenway, where we saw numerous gators, turtles, and birds (large and small).

We had a great time! The place was very nice and close to the beach. The restaurants recommended were fantastic, with the Salty Pelican being our favorite. Fort Clinch was a sight to see. Hated to leave!

Property presented exactly as described and pictured. Great location and very short walk to beach and a few restaurants. Less than 5 minutes to cute downtown area with shops, restaurants etc. hosts were very accommodating and gave us a list of recommended restaurants and things to do! Great stay!

Excellent location

The property was as well described and supplied with essentials for a comfortable stay. The complex was very quiet considering the holiday weekend. Everything was in great working order. Roger responded quickly and gave us guidance as needed. Loved being 2 blocks from the beach!

Great Beach Trip Stay!

Really comfortable, clean beach getaway so close to the beach with beach access walk in a quiet, peaceful, friendly neighborhood in Fernandina. Thoroughly enjoyed a short, laid back surf fishing trip there, would return anytime (and say longer)! Great communication with host!

Loved our stay

We came for our 20th anniversary and enjoyed our time here. The property is clean and well maintained. I also felt safe with the location of the property. The rental was well stocked with cookware. I also want to make note (because you don’t see this often at a VRBO) the outside patio furniture was CLEAN. It didn’t have dirt, bugs, spider webs, etc.

Thanksgiving to visit daughter

Had an amazing stay. The home was clean and perfect for us. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed to do Thanksgiving. Most comfy beds ever!!!! quiet and in a gorgeous area, short walk to the beach. Great trip and will be back! Loved it!!!!

Lovely place in a perfect location

We had a lovely stay here — place is very clean and outfitted with everything you need AND it's just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We also loved it was close to the quaint downtown and to Fort Clinch State Park.

Wonderful townhouse for long weekend

My sister and I booked this townhouse for the Georgia/Florida game. It was just what we were hoping for - something nice, clean & convenient to downtown & the beach. The host was great - he has his communication down to a science! This unit was well-stocked with everything you might need for a weekend stay: bath linens, beach towels & chairs, and there was plenty of space for us to relax before & after the game. The home is super-clean, and all pictures accurately represent the furnishings. We will definitely stay here again!
