"Wow!!! Upon arrival our hearts sank. As you look at the building the right side looked dilapidated - curtains across windows at an angle and an air of disrepair. We almost drove back out. However once you enter the double doors it’s like another world. Great reception area, clean and bright with two friendly receptionists ready to book in guests. "The location was perfect for us as we were going to the theatre. (2 minute walk). Walking to town didn’t take much longer and we enjoyed looking around. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and offered advice about where to visit. It was nice to be greeted with a smile and the same for when we went down for breakfast.
