The living area is located on the second floor of this three-story home. With modern finishes and bright, tasteful décor, this space feels like a breath of fresh air. Large windows flood the space with natural light, and the open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring sleek countertops, high-end appliances, and barstool seating at the island.

Outside, the enclosed deck features a comfortable lounge area and an outdoor dining table. Whether you’re dining alfresco with your group or simply watching the golfers, this outdoor space is designed for ultimate relaxation. One floor above, the beautiful views of the golf course continue on the primary bedroom’s private balcony.

With 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each boasting an ensuite bathroom, Sand Wedge comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in style. The primary suite is a serene retreat featuring a plush king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer queen and king beds respectively, while Bedroom 4 is ideal for kids and teens with its full-over-full bunk bed and full trundle.

Want to elevate your stay even further? A golf cart is available to rent for $155/night, making it even easier to enjoy the surrounding courses and beaches.

Best yet, Wild Dunes is only 30 minutes from Historic Charleston, 20 minutes from fresh seafood at the many restaurants on Shem Creek where the Charleston fish and shrimp fleet ports, and 15 minutes away from shopping in Mt. Pleasant!

Home Truths:
- A golf cart is available to rent for $155 per night. Please note, the golf cart should be pre-rented if possible, as there is a waiver that needs to be signed when rented, and guests will need the access code to the golf cart keys.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note Wild Dunes is a private gated resort. Guests will not have access to Wild Dunes amenities such as pools or tennis courts, but can pay to play golf and go to restaurants.
- Please note, the beach is a 20-minute walk from the nearest access point, so a car or golf cart is recommended for convenience.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

Parking Details:
- 2 parking spots in the driveway.
- An additional car can be parked in the garage.
- Please note there are strict parking rules. No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed.
- The garage has a vehicle clearance of 73 inches. Please ensure your vehicle does not exceed this height in order to fit inside safely.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Roomy House But Miscommunication Marred Trip

Pros: Comfy beds, spacious rooms, plenty of space for 2 (small) families to stay with the 2 king rooms 2 other bedrooms. Nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom (especially us with teenagers, cuts down on fights). Plenty of seating space in the family room, kitchen & screened porch.Cons: Iffy WiFi (had to keep logging on constantly as it would log us off all the time). Screened porch was filthy (obviously had not been cleaned in a long time, not dusty, filthy). Need mixing/serving bowls in kitchen (only 2 tiny mixing bowls, no serving bowls at all). We were given no instructions about how to check in except the codes & were not aware it was such a huge complex-GPS took us to the wrong place & we were told we had to go “check in” & get a parking pass. Sure would have been nice to have been given these instructions ahead of time. Worst part was the beach ended up being 20 minutes away, not 10. We had to message & ask how to go because it was not apparent at all (never had this happen before) & were told to cut thru another villa’s property (which clearly said guests & owners only). Our kids got in trouble for doing so because property owners complained about us cutting thru there. Embarrassing & upsetting for us.

Amazing Accommodations

We reserved this Vrbo because we were attending a wedding. There were 9 adults staying there. All nine arrived at different times. No one had any issues. There was plenty of room for us. Having multiple bathrooms was excellent while getting ready for the wedding. My mom and husband have had knee replacement so having a room and full bathroom on the main floor helped. It is close to the beach, grocery store, and eateries. The management team was very responsive. I would definitely want to stay there again.
