"Lovely beach front/ocean view condo on IOP. Beautifully decorated, comfortable couch & bed, plentiful linens & towels. Perfect tall chairs & table on balcony to enjoy a sweeping ocean view in the morning with coffee & at the end of the day for sunset. Easy access to beach with a 1 minute walk across the parking lot to the beach walkway. Check in was simple and painless! Love this condo and will 100% return again. "

"Everything was fresh and clean. Think the house had been completely renovated and updated so everything was new. Well stocked and within walking distance to the public beach. I would rent it again. "

"We booked this home 9/19/25 - 9/27/25. We found the home to be exactly as advertised. It was spacious, had a great layout, in a quiet neighborhood, and well maintained. The pool area was well equipped and spotless. Communications with the property managers were excellent & timely. I would highly recommended this property."

"We had a great time at this house. Rooms are set up well for a large family and it comes fully stocked with amenities. Walk to the beach is 10 minutes or less and it’s close to the grocery store and downtown sites. Owners are very kind and responsive. "

"They stayed in touch with us from the day we booked until the we checked out. Always willing to answer questions about the home or the area. The home was a dream for those visiting family or the local tourism areas. All the amenities, a great kitchen, comfy beds and so much more. A must stay when you're in the Charleston area. "

"Chris and Doti’s house was wonderful. It is in a cute, quiet neighborhood, convenient to Shem Creek, the beaches and loads of stores and restaurants. The house is super clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. Chris was so attentive- responded immediately to our questions and came over promptly to clean the grill and help with the TV. We definitely would stay here next time we come to visit our son in MP! "
