"Nice-sized room with a clean, sanitary bathroom. The pool was very nice, and breakfast was delicious, though a bit slow to be prepared. The hotel was very helpful with arranging taxis and scooter rentals, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. The resort was beautiful, the infinity pool had exceptional views, and Ogi and her team were outstanding in making sure that we were well looked after in every respect. "Gorgeous property! It has only 10 bungalows making it a more intimate and private lodging option. The only con for me was the food. Breakfast was included with the room and it was ok. Dinner was a bit of a disappointment. The hotel is close to Crystal Bay and they offer free shuttle service to and from the beach which is amazing because, as some people warned me, Nusa Penida is a bit difficult to navigate on your own due to the conditions of the roads. La comodidad, ubicación, inmejorable (literalmente frente al centro comercial Bali Collection, llegas caminando) así que tienes muchas opciones para hacer compras, cenar, etc….Las tiendas de souvenirs de Bali Collection tienen prácticamente los mismos precios que las tiendas en Ubud. El mantenimiento del hotel es excelente, está en perfectas condiciones, es un hotel enorme y súper lindo. El desayuno es muy variado y DELICIOSO!!! Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo al 100%. "
