"Byecross has the WOW factor! It's a beautiful family home, sympathetically furnished and decorated to its 1920s build. Could do with a lick of paint here and there, but with lots of little ones running around it took the edge off worrying and you could just let them play in peace. The garden is amazing too!Indoors and outdoors there are games for all ages! Great fun! We spent most of time just enjoying the house, garden and beach just a few minutes walk down the road.Then Sunday we had a BBQ...

"Lovely well appointed house with generous welcome hamper filled with local foods and drink. Soaps and shampoos etc in the bathrooms and cloakroom. Lots to see and do in the local area and our host was superb, communicating well and greeting us the first evening to show us the ropes. A wonderful stay in all respects."

"Fantastic location for hikes and getting around the island. The house was a great size for 8 adults with the ground floor bedrooms being excellent for old people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need if you wish to cook and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The only issue we had was that whilst two of the baths in 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) have showers attachments it is difficult to use as a shower as you have to hold the shower attachment whilst trying to...

"Cliffhanger is a stunning period home in a fabulous location in Cowes. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants in Cowes. "We stayed in this housr from 24-27/8/2024, and while we were looking forward to the experience, we were disappointed by the demeanor of the host. She treated us with a dismissive attitude and made us feel unwelcome. For example, when I asked about the ferry discount, as was advertised, she was curt and condescending. She lied about the ticket prices. This behavior significantly impacted our stay, making it uncomfortable and less enjoyable. More over and after we checked out she verbally insulted...

"Lots of room and great central location."

"We loved the space the seven of us had in the seaside home - even had room for my morning yoga. Great location for getting into Ventnor on foot and Bonchurch beach was easily walkable. Only downside was the road leading to Shanklin, but that was also handy for our day trips. "

"We've just spent a few days over New Year at Victoria House. We were a party of 6 adults and 6 older teens and the house was ideal for us. Plenty of space, a games room and separate small living room, well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. Bembridge is a great location, the village has a brilliant and friendly pub (The Old Village Inn), a good Coop, pharmacy etc. It's also walking distance to the harbour, and beach. Roger is a great host, he answered all our questions...
