"Amazing location, inmediate and private access to the lake with gorgeous views. The room was nice, however the carpet could use to be cleaned as you can tell it hasn't been washed for a while. Thefood at the restaurant was really good, however they have very few options to chose from. They closed it one day due to lack of staff and it's usually just open for dinner after 5pm. "Un poco viejas las instalaciones. El aire acondicionado no servia y pusieron dos ventiladores pequeños muy ruidosos. Poca presión del agua. 3 piso sin elevador y la recámara en el tapa con. Subir y bajar escaleras para ir al baño."

"Our second stay at the Bayside in as many years. We were very pleased to see the Hotel has invested in itself with the addition of a beautiful private pool and a new deck area off the restaurant. Both holding spectacular views of the bay. Well done Bayside! We look forward to another relaxing visit."

"Our 2 night stay at the Courtenay Coast Hotel was great. First, my wife requested the 2nd floor and they accommodated the request. The room had a comfortable King Bed, modern shower and was new and comfortable. The hotel had a partially heated pool we used one evening and hotel was just a few minutes away from the theatre, so we saw a movie one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I very happy with our room and the hotel. I highly recommend staying here. David C."
