"Really friendly and efficient team who communicated regularly before and throughout our stay. Apartment spotless with everything you need. Tiny niggles - would benefit from additional lighting outside the entrance to the building . Sockets not near the mirrors so not ideal for those who use a hairdryer and straighteners. Bedside lamps weren’t charged but plenty other lightening so not an issue. These really are tiny niggles and we would definitely stay again on our next visit to Edinburgh....

"I never checked in because our key cards did not work. Called the “hotel” about 20 times that night & no one responded. Spent 3 hours on the phone with Expedia & finally got a different hotel that was awesome! Do not book this place if you will have a late check in & by late I mean 8pm. It was ridiculous. To this day a week later no one from the hotel has contacted me."
