"Convenient walk to/from rental cars and airport. Clean room and large lobby/bar area to relax before morning flight. Breakfast was additional, but had many options and was worthwhile before heading to airport. Parking is for a fee; there’s a 15 minute free window to drop bags before returning your car. "

"We had different rooms on different nights. The first was lovely, clean, well appointed and quiet. It came with a mini fridge and seemed newer. The other felt a bit dated, no fridge, but still quiet and clean. Lovely location to get to the airport and also close to car rentals, but would likely stay closer to city center next time"

"The hotel is in a lovely building, but the decor in our room was odd and dated - it needed a bit of tlc and updating in our opinion. Lovely views of the city and beyond. We wish the blinds/curtains had been black out, as it got quite light in the morning. The big light in our room flickered a lot, so we couldn’t use it. Free parking was great. The room was cleaned each day and had basic amenities - kettle with tea and coffee, ironing board and a safe in the wardrobe."

Es gibt einen kleinen Fitness und Wellness Bereich, die Duschen wirken etwas veraltet und in der Sauna könnte darauf geachtet werden dass die Gäste ein Handtuch unterlegen ansonsten entspricht alles einem durchschnittlich guten Standard, dies gilt für Ausstattung, Service und Personal. "It was old with a moldy bathtub and dingy carpets. Still, there was a lot of space and the access to the pool/sauna/hot tubs, etc, made it overall a good value."

"Everything was great. Our second time staying after they saved us from a really poor hotel last year. This is a great hotel and they always treat us amazing. It was great to have such a nice view and the team gave us a lovely card welcoming us back. We will always stay here when visiting."

"It has small bar and very accommodating staff , breakfast is good for the price I pay.We managed to check in early as the room is available and we did had a good rest as we have an early flight. Location is walkable to prince st. And deans village but you can get a bus going to town centre."

When we arrive to the hotel , the receptionist told us the EV charger can only be used on this summer. Making us so frustrating and need to arrange EV charge to the nearest Morrisons. It is not too troublesome but it is not professional to give out incorrect information to the customer. For the House Keeping we have no idea how...
