"Breakfast and convenience"

"I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights. "Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly. We only stayed one night between arriving by plane and leaving by train to Jogja, but I plan to come back and visit more of Surabaya, and I would love to stay here again."

The room lighting is dimmer than expected. The front desks very friendly, however as I have late check in they could not rectify it immediately, and I need to wait for the next day to get in to different room. The next room is very pleasant with city view however the cleanliness need to be more thorough as I can see dust in some part of...
